What we do

Iconos, brings a unique Latin American Gastronomy rooted and flavorful creativity, ingenuity and passion. When guests come to dine at ICONOS! They will be transported to a world that creates an exceptional experience for everyone-whether it’s the chance to try a unique Latin American dish with a twist, enjoy a memorable night out with friends, or celebrate over delicious cocktails in a lively atmosphere filled with vibrant Latin American-inspired design elements.

Carne Asada Tacos

Grilled beef tenderloin, grilled Oaxaca cheese, bone marrow salsa grilled onions, salsa verde, cilantro.

Ceviche of the day

(Ask served for details). Agua chile verde, avocado, onions, cucumber, tomato cilantro tajin, valentina. Served with house made tostadas.

Pollo

Airline chicken breast, house made mole rojo, rice, tortillas, pickle onions, sesame seeds.

Cristian De Leon

For the last 18 years Cristian Deleon has been working in the kitchens of well-known restaurants around the twin cities. He first started working in kitchens as a dishwasher at the age of 18 and worked his way up to where he is now. He has a passion for creating dishes that incorporate many flavors around the world, with Latin cuisine being his focus.
Chef Cristian who is Guatemala native is excited about this new chapter and being able to showcase his skills in Latin cuisine.

Mixology

Daniel Torres

Daniel D Torres started working in the industry from the age of 18 as a delivery boy on the streets of Brooklyn, New York where he was born and raised. As a young man, Daniel quickly found heart and interest in agave forward spirits and the rush of working in the restaurant industry. After moving to Minneapolis in 2013, he worked his way up from Barback to Bar Manager. Over the years he became eager to bring a fresh taste and eye to margaritas and cocktails in the Twin Cities community. Daniel hopes to bring people closer into the vibrant world of agave sprits through our drink menu and wide range of mezcal and tequila selection.
